As a Retail Assistant at RealNZ Walter Peak Gift Shop, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring each visitor has a delightful shopping experience.
• Managing and maintaining stock levels, ensuring merchandise is well-organized and readily available for customers.
• Assisting in the smooth day-to-day operations of the gift shop, including cash handling, pricing, and inventory control.
• Ensuring accurate and precise record-keeping, as well as maintaining the overall cleanliness and presentation of the shop.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE?

• Previous experience in a retail setting, with a strong understanding of stock control and inventory management.
