We seek a Retail store leader who creates innovative ideas, builds strong connections and has a preference and passion to work with an international brand.

As our Assistant Store Manager, your role involves supporting the store operations and team of our Lindt Chocolate Shop which retails a large range of Lindt Chocolate including take away chocolate drinks, coffee and ice cream. You will support the Store Manager in guiding and mentoring our Chocolate Ambassadors by:

• Supporting an energetic team to create meaningful relationships with customers by providing a unique chocolate experience and achieving sales goals
• Delegating, coaching and leading employees on their daily operations, service and collaboration
• Assisting with roster and budget management
• Leading from the front with passion and expertise with customers on product knowledge and preparation
• Ordering and receiving deliveries and overall inventory management
• Deploy visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes
• Assisting in developing and leading the team to future successes
