As a Retail Associate, you’ll assist customers with their shopping, answer questions, and help with daily store operations. You’ll represent our retail brand and contribute to the store’s success. ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Greet customers when they arrive at the store and ask if they need assistance
• Process sales transactions at the POS (point-of-sale) counter
• Suggest upselling items to customers based on the items they have chosen
• Replace merchandise on the shelves, paying particular attention to displays
• Regularly change displays and remerchandise the store
• Ensures availability of merchandise by managing and maintaining inventories
• Keep window displays up to date with current events in the resort
• Provide resort information to guests
• Maintain cleanliness of the store and proper storage of all products and fixtures
• Be a continuous ambassador for Sun Peaks Resort and all activities and events throughout the winter season
