Retail Banking Officer

at  Crossroads Bank

Manage and direct the retail deposit products and services of Crossroads Bank, including customer service, new accounts, branch operations, teller transactions, marketing and digital banking. Develop a deposit strategy and consider entire financial need of the customer. Evaluate deposit products and services for compelling value-add. Maintain banking policies and procedures to balance compliance with regulations, customer experience and risk.

PERSONAL & EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 10 years banking experience
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent inter-personal skills
• Detail oriented
• Excellent supervisory skillsBachelor’s degree in business preferred

PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Be able to lift &/or carry up to 50 pounds
• Be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time

MAJOR DUTIES:

• Plan, organize and direct the branch banking centers, including facilities management and physical security
• Manage deposit growth budget including deposit products and services
• Review and analyze branch performance and direct activities of branches towards profitability
• Develop and implement retail deposit policies and procedures
• Communicate and train regarding branch policy and procedure
• Manage and direct brand awareness and customer experience strategies
• Execute project management
• Oversee Marketing, Digital Banking and Call CenterParticipate in community organizations

MINOR DUTIES:

• Assist Human Resources with policies regarding branch operations
• Collaborate with all operational areas
• Serve as referral source for loans
• Attend conferences and seminars as offeredOther duties as assigned
