PROVEN RETAIL MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE:

• 3+ years of demonstrated success leading and managing a team in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably within the beauty industry.
• Produce reports and analysis (performance, competitors Field activity)
• Monitor resources allocation within the budget
• Supervise Retail implementation (projects, event…) and action plan in the Zone
• Ability to pursue turnover and profit optimization

ANALYTICAL AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS

• A data-driven individual who excels at analyzing information to generate insights, closely monitoring performance, and identifying solutions to optimize results.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of retail management experience.
