Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for retail partners and consumers, responding promptly to inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, or in-person visits;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers, sales associates, and other key stakeholders to foster collaboration and partnership;
- Proactively engage with retail partners to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling;
- Process retail orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment of products to retail stores;
- Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders and retail partners to communicate performance insights and recommendations;
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the retail customer experience and streamline processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide product information, usage instructions, and troubleshooting guidance to consumers, ensuring they have a positive experience with our products;
- Document consumer interactions, complaints, and resolutions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system for tracking and reporting purposes;
- Stay informed about our products, policies, and procedures, participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
