Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Responsible for the day to day operation of retail shop, as assigned. Will carry out functions vital to smooth operation of shop. Will work to develop guest loyalty, provide superb customer service and respond to guest requirements.

- Follows all standard operating procedures and cash handling procedures.
- Maintain inventory
- Maintain orderly and neat presentation of retail merchandise.
- Perform duties related to stocking of inventory.
- Provide outstanding level of customer service.
- Maintain open line of communication with supervisor.
- Perform duties and follow all procedures related to the opening and closing of the retail shop.
- Monitor and report any problems or issues with regard to the operation of retail shop.
GAMING EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED. 1 year customer service experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to work with all departments and have excellent customer service skills. Must be able to communicate in English.
