If you’re an experienced Retail Compliance Professional with a background of providing regulatory compliance advice to lending businesses – please take a look below.
We’re working with a collaborative, engaging and dynamic function who are really keen to hire a Compliance Advisory Officer for their Retail Lending business on a contract basis.

If you have experience in:

• Providing regulatory guidance across regulated and unregulated lending (and credit)
• Managing and escalating regulatory risk issues
• The development of internal policies and procedures from a 2nd line check and challenge perspective
• Reviewing and approving regulated training materials

The ideal candidate will:

• Have 2+ years in a compliance advisory function (or experience in a consultancy providing compliance advisory services)
• Have A strong working knowledge of MCOB (Bonus points if you’re also familiar with CONC)
• Bring a collaborative and engaging approach to their work
