What We Look For:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably experience in retail shop visual merchandising, shop decoration and familiar with interior design software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any major.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in English both oral and written.
  • Committed to travel to carry out shop concepts in different cities in Indonesia

Responsibilities:

Jotun is expanding rapidly in Indonesia and seeking an accountable and dynamic professional to strengthen Marketing department as the Retail Concept Executive.
The successful candidate will support effective implementation of marketing strategies through analyzing market insights and plans, interacting with internal and external stakeholders, coordinating and executing promotional activities and product positioning in line with region and/or segment direction in order to support sales growth targets and enhance brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Jotun shop concept implementation following Jotun standard and support the development and implementation of marketing plans.
  • Responsible for increasing brand awareness by implementing Company’s strategies and policies and localizing regional initiatives to achieve targeted market share.
  • Secure local implementation of concepts, product or brand strategies as well as targeted campaigns and launches.
  • Prepare and manage the ordering of marketing materials and build relationships with relevant suppliers, customers, or other stakeholders.
  • Responsible for providing market data for analyzing sales performance and product positioning in the market.
