2. DEVELOP THE TRAVEL RETAIL EUROPE EDUCATION STRATEGY, FOR PRESTIGE BRANDS, IN COLLABORATION WITH GLOBAL TRAVEL RETAIL AND BRANDS

• In collaboration with the Global Team work on the Education Strategy and ensure its successful implementation. Constantly finetune the strategy in accordance with the Business Unit’s yearly plan.
• Develop training tools (presentations support / digital learning platform).

Develop Travel Retail centric sales techniques in collaboration with Global Travel Retail, as well as Training Managers.

• Provide support to create the training calendar and delivery of training sessions.
• Support Field Supervisors team with training and coaching tools
