What is the role?
We’re looking for a Retail Engagement Specialist to join our Brisbane Head Office!
In this role, you’ll drive retail engagement by delivering proactive training, development, and brand awareness initiatives. You’ll play a key role in elevating retail team performance through targeted programs focused on KPIs, sales strategies, and brand promotion.
The ideal candidate is energetic, passionate about retail, and skilled in creating dynamic video content to support training and engagement across our retail network.
What You’ll be doing
AS OUR RETAIL ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST YOU’LL:
- Design and deliver engaging training programs aimed at driving sales results, improving KPIs, and enhancing product knowledge across the retail network.
- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions that are interactive, impactful, and tailored to the needs of diverse store teams.
- Partner with store managers and leadership to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions that improve performance.
- Continuously assess and update training materials to ensure alignment with current retail trends, sales strategies, and product offerings.
- Champion brand messaging and ensure consistent delivery of brand values across the retail store network.
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to develop and execute campaigns, in-store events, and promotional activities that increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Create content that resonates with retail teams and customers, leveraging video and other media to build excitement around new product launches, promotions, and seasonal events.
- Serve as the face of the brand through on-camera video content, inspiring and motivating retail teams with dynamic presentations, tutorials, and updates.
- Utilise video content across various platforms (internal communication channels, social media, and team communications) to engage retail teams and reinforce key messages.
- Plan and execute in-store events, promotions, and experiential activations that drive traffic, increase customer engagement, and boost sales.
- Collaborate with store teams to ensure successful execution of events and promotions that are aligned with sales goals and brand objectives.
- Monitor and track the performance of retail teams against KPIs, providing actionable insights and feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Identify trends in sales performance and develop initiatives or training programs designed to close gaps and elevate results across the network.
- Build strong relationships with retail teams and leaders, acting as a key point of contact for training and engagement needs.
- Regularly gather feedback from store teams to refine programs, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the business and the individuals within the network.
