We are currently looking for a Retail Excellence Specialist to design and implement programs that improve store performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with IT, HR, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure best practices, monitor progress, and drive performance maximization across the retail network.

• Sales Expertise & Operational Excellence: Proven ability to apply structured sales models to optimize performance and deliver outstanding customer experiences (CX).
• Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to generate insights using advanced analytics, driving data-informed decisions to improve retail performance.
• Training & Team Development: Skilled in collaborating with HR and trainers to develop teams, enhance capabilities, and support operational and sales goals.
• Retail Protocol & Sales Effectiveness: Experience in managing agendas, coordinating omnichannel strategies, and implementing incentive systems to maximize sales.
• Strategic Thinking & Health & Safety Awareness: Competence in optimizing store networks through strategic analysis and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Our requierments:

• Strong Analytical Skills: High level of analytical ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Retail Management Experience: Extensive experience in retail management or trade shopper roles, with a deep understanding of the retail industry.
• Education & Language Proficiency: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with a B2 level of proficiency in English.
• Teamwork & Leadership: Proven ability to work effectively in teams and lead others to achieve results, with strong leadership and inspirational skills.
• Attention to Detail & Big Picture Thinking: Ability to focus on details while maintaining a strategic overview of overall objectives and goals.
