PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE & BRAND AMBASSADOR

  • Stay up to date with the latest product offerings, features, and benefits to ensure training programs are relevant and accurate.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the company’s values and ethos both internally to staff and externally to customers and influencers.
  • Serve as a brand expert, representing the brand at Masterclasses and events.
  • Build strong relationships with store management and marketing teams.

DO YOU HAVE THE BELOW SKILLS?

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in retail training, or sales. Experience with retail activations or product launches is a plus.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of retail environments, customer behaviour, and sales techniques.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively train and motivate retail staff and build strong relationships with store management.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to analyze retail performance data and develop actionable strategies to improve results.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel to various store locations and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
