Business Management

• To develop a close working relationship with all Independent Dealer customers.
• To ensure that contracted supply terms are adhered to.
• To ensure all relevant contract and administrative documentation is accurately completed and submitted to office-based personnel.
• To provide photographs and carry out site inventories to maintain the Retail database.
• To fully utilise the company CRM system and ensure all information is kept up to date.
• To maintain regular contact with existing Fuel Card customers ensuring that Emo / Certa continues to meet their expectations.
• To report and track fuel card performance against pre-agreed targets.
• To resolve any difficulties experienced by a Retail or Fuel Card customer in a timely manner.
