Retail Garden Centre Store Manager or Assistant Manager - Full Time

Honeysuckle has a fantastic opportunity for a secure and rewarding Managers position in one of Australia’s Top Award Winning Garden Centres.
Our team is already strong and talented, but is looking to add some experienced leadership.
The work at our Garden Centre is very satisfying and good for the body and soul. Our Mosman Garden Centre is very busy with an experienced motivated team with multiple Horticulturists and experienced Nurserymen/Women to support the store Manager, as well as Full Time Apprentices and Casual team members.
The Garden Centre Manager role predominately includes:
- Garden Centre and Plant Maintenance
- Customer Service, Sales and Horticultural advice
- Staff Management, Training and Development
- Business Administration: Invoice Processing, Banking, End of Day Settlement
The role will suit someone who is a strong leader, reliable, punctual, professional, experienced in Retail, a good multi-tasker and able to follow and pass on directives from Senior Management.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
