Retail Jewellery Executive/Short Working Hours/Orchard/Incentive
Position: Jewellery Associate
Location: Singapore
Working Hours: MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 6 DAYS Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM, Close On Sundays & Public Holidays
About Us:
Benny’s Gems Creations, a bespoke jewelry company with over 40 years of experience, is seeking a dedicated Jewellery Associate to join our team. We pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service and exquisite jewelry pieces.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in serving and advising customers on their jewelry purchases
- Upload jewelry products onto social media platforms and our website
- Assist in the daily setup and organization of the shop
- Ensure the shop is maintained to a high standard of presentation
- Provide support in managing online customer inquiries and orders
- Participate in promotional and marketing activities
- Basic housekeeping
Requirements:
- Passion for jewelry and customer service
- Good spoken English and Mandarin to speak to clients from a multilingual environment
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and online marketplaces
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Previous experience in retail or jewelry sales is an advantage but not essential
