Responsibilities:
- Responsible for systemize the gaps and associated requirements and lead discussion sessions;
- Support the identification of new gaps and associated requirements;
- Propose business solutions, requirements and new ways of working, as well as changes to improve processes, gaps and tools in production;
- Give support in the preparation of workshops and internal working sessions;
- Supports the business team in the test script and the testers.
