About the Role
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager to join the team at the opening of our new Sheridan Outlet store in Auckland Airport!
Our new store will be located in Manawa Bay, 4 Jimmy Ward Cres, Auckland Airport.
Store Manager will be full time requiring to work Tuesday - Saturday.
Assistant Store Manager will be requiring to work Sunday - Thursday.
- Lead and inspire your team to achieve budgets, KPIs and targets
- Drive a high performing team, that are committed to providing exceptional customer service
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop a team to achieve goals
- Maintain store operations including stock management, VM and rostering
- Analyse reports to make commercial decisions that drive your business
