THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as soon as possible:
Role: Retail Manager
Location: Preston, VIC 3072
Salary: $75,000 plus super
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Retail Manager and knowledge of diverse business subjects such as sales, marketing etc.,
· Develop and implement marketing strategies, including sales and holiday promotions
· Manage budgets and provide reports to senior executives
· Monitor stock levels and service standards
· Ensure exceptional customer service, resolve complaints, and deliver personalized experiences
· Oversee store operations and assign responsibilities to staff
· Formulate purchasing policies and set pricing strategies
· Promote and advertise products and services
· Sell goods and services, providing product advice to customers
· Maintain records of stock levels and financial transactions
· Handle budgeting for the establishment
· Supervise and guide staff to optimize performance
· Manage staff selection, training, and supervision
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
