Qualifications:

  • Strong passion for Fashion Retail and product: Fundamental expertise in fashion retail, with experience in leadership, buying, planning, recruiting, KPI monitoring and visual merchandising.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with excellent organizational abilities and a proactive approach.
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years in fashion retail industry, buying/planning background is a must.
  • MENA Market Expertise: At least 5 years of work experience in the MENA market and in-depth knowledge of the region
  • Project Coordination: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail, a can-do attitude, and strong communication abilities.
  • Personality: Curious, pragmatic, proactive, with a hands-on attitude.
  • Multistakeholder Management: Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and foster team interaction.
  • Languages: Fluent in English, with Arabic being an advantage
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities:

  • Key driver of the successful launch of our first JACK & JONES stores in Dubai.
  • Full accountability for store revenue, profitability, and personnel management across Dubai and our ongoing expansion.
  • Store Openings: Strategically plan and execute new store openings, overseeing purchase orders, inventory setup, and recruiting and training staff.
  • Efficient staffing and budget management to ensure optimal performance and cost control.
  • Accountability for the strategic and operational buying of NOOS and collections to ensure optimal stock levels and availability in our stores.
  • Responsibility for visual merchandising standards in all stores
  • Strong relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders to enhance store performance.
  • Performance Management: Analyze key metrics, identify improvement actions, and set strategies to achieve targets.
  • Establish a comprehensive operational framework for all stores, including visual merchandising standards, employee systems (such as healthcare and time management), and effective communication with several stakeholders
