QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excel at task delegation and work planning
  • Able to organize, compose, and review daily financial reports
  • Manage operational standards and team members
  • Experience in Scheduling, Staff Positioning, & Conflict Resolution
  • Customer service background preferred
  • Previous experience in Quick Service, Clearview an asset (TIMS applications/ systems)
  • Friendly and outgoing
  • Positive attitude
  • Previous management experience required
  • Food Safe certification is also preferred, but we can help facilitate if need be

Minimum 1-2 years experience

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with FSD - Hiring, Layoffs, Terminations
  • Coordinate with FSD to meet targets (Revenue, Food, Labour for all locations)
  • Manage / Train / follow-up with all Supervisors
  • Managing the Training Schedule for any new upcoming promotions
  • Coordinate with Supervisor that Food Safety /REV Standards are compliance
  • Maintain safety standards at the location
  • Handle Staff questions/concerns – and work with FSD for disciplinary actions
  • Resolve Customer Complaints
  • Coordinate with Franchisee District Managers for any store related training, promotions, and any additional support that is required to run operations smoothly.
  • Maintain proper Payroll Procedures
  • Ensure that a quality service is provided to all our Guests
  • Resolve day to day Operational issues
  • Other Duties Assigned by Food Service Director
