Description:

Our fast-paced food business is looking for 1x Store Manager to join
our team in Auckland. We offer a competitive wage of $24 - $26 /
hour and we guaranteed minimum of 30 hours/week.

Your tasks and duties :

  • Oversee the store operation from end-to-end and ensure the store runs continuously
  • Work as a sole in charge including to be contacted outside your working hours in case of staff emergencies
  • Plan menu items and pricing to get the maximum profitability and minimum food waste Find ways to improve operations efficiency and increase revenue
  • Manage the staff ,including rostering ,training and development, hiring, performance reviews
  • Conduct store budget and determine the purchase of stock Control stock by conducting stocktake regularly
  • Maintain a good relationship and negotiate with suppliers
  • Ensure the store operations adhere with the health standard and food safety standards
  • Resolve customer complaints
  • Initiate new operations workflow and marketing activities that lead to the business development

Requirement :

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant managerial experience
  • A Bachelor qualification in business or hospitality
  • A high energy, strong work ethic, and positive attitude
  • Proven track record of the ability to motivate and led the team towards success Reliable, Punctual and keen to roll up your sleeves
