RETAIL MARKETING MANAGER - MEATH

My client is a high volume, high turnover very successful Irish Retail business with 15 stores across Ireland.
Reporting to the MD and responsible for a Marketing Executive they are recruiting a Marketing Manager to join their head office and distribution centre in Meath.
Salary is up to €60k but this must reflect the level of experience.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ senior marketing experience within retail.
You will have a track record of developing successful marketing strategies and executing campaigns coupled with strong analytical skills in order to make data-driven decisions.
You will also be proficient in using marketing software and tools.

Responsibilities for the job of Retail Marketing Manager

  • Create and execute a marketing strategy aligned with the objectives and growth plans
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources
  • Manage all advertising and commercial campaigns, including print, social media, email, online, and offline
  • Use market research and store feedback to identify opportunities and threats
  • Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
  • Regularly analyse and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed
  • Mentor and develop the Marketing Executive
  • Manage digital and media agencies
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and brand partner
  • Work closely with the buyers and retail management team
