WHAT YOU’LL NEED
We want you to join our team! Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years media sales experience preferably in retail media sales, trade channel marketing, agency sales or other related area.
- Proven track record of selling to CPG clients, leading brand advertisers, and/or ad agencies.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM tools.
- Be able to adapt to rapidly changing environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. Ideal candidate would be a self-starter and comfortable working cross functionally and as part of a team.
- Maintain a positive team attitude and professional demeanor.
- Is fluent in English, both oral and written
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
The North American Retail Media Sales Manager is a part of The Global Digital and Loyalty team directly reporting into the Retail Media Network.
This pivotal role will focus on driving revenue growth through strategic media sales, leveraging our growing digital out of home instore solutions to engage key CPG clients and their agencies. Join us in capitalizing on Circle K’s digital platforms to deliver exceptional value to both our advertising partners and our loyal customer base.

As North American Retail Media Sales Manager you will be instrumental in expanding our digital sales footprint across the North American market. Your responsibilities will include:
- DRIVING Sales Growth: Implement targeted strategies to boost sales among key CPG and agency partners, as well as potential non-endemic partners, leveraging Circle K’s innovative media platforms.
- STRATEGIC Client Engagement: Engage with existing and prospective clients to identify the most effective media platforms aligned with their marketing objectives.
- DATA-Driven Insights: Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights, driving recommendations for future business growth.
- COMPETITIVE Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to key decision-makers, showcasing the value of our offerings and securing new business opportunities.
