Job Description
Reporting to our VP Retail Media, as Retail Media Manager, you will be an important contributor in driving media performance and account growth. Your main responsibilities will include activation & optimization, reporting & insights, testing & data analysis, and client communication across complex retail accounts. Knowledge & Experience
- 1-2 years of experience working in retail media in an agency setting
- Knowledge of sponsored ad & display advertising through Amazon, with experience working in the Ad Console
- Experience working with 3rd party bid management platforms such as SKAI or Pacvue
- Experience managing complex retail media budgets
- Advanced Excel (can perform complex functions) /Google Sheets experience
Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve retail media campaigns inclusive of Sponsored Advertising and DSP activations across retail networks ( Amazon)
- Ensure accurate and full delivery of client budgets
- Independatly complete BAU tasks; including but not exclusive of campaign builds, daily pacing, optimizing, and reporting
- Help create professional client-facing documents highlighting clear and actionable performance insights
- Interface with clients through written, phone, and in person communication
- Collaborate with our teams to achieve campaign objectives
- Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices
Qualifications
