QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong computer skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Some knowledge of QuickBooks Online
  • Prior experience with bookkeeping, inventory management, and customer service
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous retail experience is an advantage

Responsibilities:

Retail Management & Customer Service

  • Oversee the retail space to ensure it is clean, well-stocked, and products are properly displayed
  • Assist customers at the retail counter by providing product details and handling transactions
  • Manage cash and credit card payments, ensuring accuracy and providing receipts
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all wholesale and retail customers
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring satisfaction and prompt responses
  • Assist in processing orders and ensure accuracy for timely delivery
  • Foster strong customer relationships by providing friendly, helpful service
