Responsibilities:
THE ROLE & THE TEAM
Our ESCADA Employees are working with passion and a high level of dedication to the brand. As Retail Operations Coordinator you are the first point of contact for all ESCADA Store Managers and stores in their daily business operations issues. In this role you will be responsible to maintain and to continuously improve processes and systems in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders to ensure ESCADA service standards on an international level. You will report to the ESCADA Head of Retail Operations and closely collaborate with Buying, IT, Finance departments and overall Project Teams.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Active support of the ESCADA stores and area management to ensure a smooth flow of daily business operations
- Interface between stores and supporting departments (Buying, IT, Finance etc.)
- Closely monitor inventory management of stores, planning and implementation of cycle counts and yearly inventories
- Creation and implementation of processes and guidelines to ensure ESCADA service standards and values in our omni-channel environment
- Preparation and support of stores in CRM activities in close collaboration with Marketing
- Developing and preparation of training documents
- Performing project-related activities at the request of the Head of Retail Operations
- Creation of regular reports and presentations
