- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with retail processes, standards, and best practices.
Champion Our SOPs: Keep our standard operating procedures up to date and ensure every store team is in the loop, creating consistent, unforgettable experiences for our customers.
- Streamline Store Processes: Take the lead in optimizing store operations and introducing digital solutions to make our stores even more efficient.
- Elevate Team Performance: Collaborate with store teams to identify training needs and implement programs that drive team effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
- Manage Our Service Providers: Oversee and give feedback on service providers, from maintenance to security, ensuring they meet Sephora’s high standards.
- Keep an Eye on Costs: Manage costs for various projects, including omnichannel services, store expenses, and quality standards, ensuring effective and efficient use of resources.
- Project Management for Store Openings: Support the planning and execution of new store openings, working with cross-functional teams to hit our goals
Responsibilities:
As our Retail Operations & Efficiency Manager at Sephora UK, you’ll be at the heart of creating seamless experiences for our amazing customers. You’ll play a crucial role in refining store operations, implementing best practices, and empowering our retail teams to deliver exceptional service every day. From ensuring every store is running like clockwork to coordinating new store openings, your work will help us continue our journey of growth and innovation in the UK. Reporting to the Retail Director, this hybrid role will see you traveling across locations, making sure our stores are always at their best. You’ll take charge of elevating our retail operations, focusing on everything from SOPs to new store openings.
