We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Operations Manager with a background in semi-luxury and luxury fashion to oversee and optimize our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless functioning of our retail outlets, implementing effective operational strategies, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess minimum 5 years of experience is Retail Sales, including 2-3 years at Supervisor level.
• Proficient in MS Excel for data analysus and reporting purpose.

• Manage district retail stores in Singapore, overseeing the operations and financial performance.
• Enhance sales productivity, service standards, and overall customer brand experience.
• Manage retail projects, including shop design and project completion within budget and timeline.
• Expand the customer database, maintain regular customer contact, and build brand loyalty.
• Provide feedback for product improvements and facilitate after-sales service at the point of sale.
• Review and implement Visual Merchandising displays to boost sales.
• Execute Sales and Promotional plans as directed by HQ.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety of the store by responding quickly to security issues and emergencies.
• Establish rapport among retail staff and promote teamwork.
• Train and coach retail staff on store operations, new merchandise launches, and promotions.
• Handle conflicts or disciplinary issues among retail staff according to company policies.
• Ensure comprehensive, accurate, and timely submission of reports.
• Keep abreast of competitor’s sales and promotional activities.
