Responsibilities:
- Motivate and coach your team to deliver the annual revenue and EBITDA targets for allocated areas of responsibility
- Help build, develop and execute promotional plans to drive retail sales
- Assist with key asset development projects
- Make recommendations on range, pricing and new initiatives to the Retail Support Manager (RSM)
- Liaise with the RSM on areas that are negatively impacting profitability (Ullage/Theft)
- Work with the RSM to highlight any supplier/contractor partners not achieving the required SLA
- Make commercially aware decisions on outlet opening times, manning, crew make up product locations
· Ensure your outlet teams follow Stockade count cycles to manage inventory and reduce wastage
· Lead a highly motivated team
