JOB DESCRIPTION

Based in Singapore, the Retail Operations Specialist will be responsible for driving retail operations across Southeast Asia. This role involves managing event operations, conducting retail store inspections, and focusing on training and development within the region. We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in retail management, event planning, and customer service to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Event Operations:
  • Develop and execute event plans for in-store promotions and product launches.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure events are aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination and budget management.
  • Analyze event outcomes and provide recommendations for future improvements.
  1. Retail Store Inspections:
  • Conduct regular store inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Evaluate store performance metrics and provide feedback to store managers.
  1. Training and Development:
  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs for retail staff to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a library of training materials and resources.
  • Conduct periodic assessments to identify training needs and gaps.
  1. Sales and Performance:
  • Set and achieve sales targets for assigned stores.
  • Implement strategies to increase customer traffic and conversion rates.
  1. Customer Relations:
  • Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained across all stores.
  • Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and effectively.
