Your opportunity
- Monthly and quarterly report production
- Production of any ad-hoc data requests
- Data collation and sense checking
- Template preparation and population
- Peer review of other team member’s work
- Resolution of queries, both internal and external
- Assist with process automation where needed
- Liaising with global sales teams
- Be a subject matter expert for our internal data system, HEDS. Where required, training of others to enable self-service
- Be attentive to regulatory changes, brand guidelines, and product strategy in order to create up-to-date reporting deliverables
- Involvement in large volumes of detailed testing of new systems as necessary
- Compilation of monthly/quarterly management information for various
- Continually improve processes and ways of working to the benefit of the end client in order to deliver upon Janus Henderson’s client experience strategy
- Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills
- Previous reporting experience essential 1-3 years preferred
- Experience of working in the investment management industry, with good knowledge of investment products & markets
- Some understanding of regulatory framework with particular focus on Consumer Duty, and FCA/ESMA rules relating to financial promotions
- Strong proficiency in both written and verbal communication, evidencing the ability to connect with every level within the organisation
- Intermediate to advanced excel skills
- Highly organised, confident, decisive, focused, and enthusiastic self-starter
- Capable of working under pressure, with large volumes of work, and to tight deadlines
- Understand the need to establish effective objectives and priorities as well as management of expectations
- Adept at working as part of an effective team as well as autonomously
- Attention to detail
- Results-orientated
- Pro-active, using their own initiative
- Quick learner with the ability to swiftly adapt to new tasks
- Problem solver.
- Highly skilled at time management.
