Salary: Up to £23,800 basic + commission, OTE £40,000

RETAIL SALES ADVISOR – REQUIREMENTS:

  • A proven track record in sales (experience in consultant-style sales such as perfume, phone, car, furniture, etc., is beneficial)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with a variety of customers
  • A strong focus on delivering high-quality customer service
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Driven by targets and eager to achieve high earnings
  • Ability to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships
  • Knowledge of home décor or sales in similar industries is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
    We’re seeking individuals with experience in big-ticket sales from industries such as perfume, phones, cars, kitchens, bathrooms, electrical, or telecommunications. You’ll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure you thrive in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service and offer personalised product recommendations
  • Drive sales by using your expertise to match customers with the right products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a top-notch after-sales experience
  • Identify new sales opportunities through active customer engagement
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
  • Stay up to date with product ranges and trends to provide expert advice
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve individual and team goals
  • Maintain accurate records of customer details, sales, and inventory
