LOCATION: SHEFFIELD
Salary: Up to £23,800 basic + commission, OTE £40,000

RETAIL SALES ADVISOR – REQUIREMENTS:
- A proven track record in sales (experience in consultant-style sales such as perfume, phone, car, furniture, etc., is beneficial)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with a variety of customers
- A strong focus on delivering high-quality customer service
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Driven by targets and eager to achieve high earnings
- Ability to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships
- Knowledge of home décor or sales in similar industries is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
We’re seeking individuals with experience in big-ticket sales from industries such as perfume, phones, cars, kitchens, bathrooms, electrical, or telecommunications. You’ll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure you thrive in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service and offer personalised product recommendations
- Drive sales by using your expertise to match customers with the right products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a top-notch after-sales experience
- Identify new sales opportunities through active customer engagement
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
- Stay up to date with product ranges and trends to provide expert advice
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve individual and team goals
