We are seeking an experienced and passionate person to join our small team. The ideal person will be friendly, flexible and motivated. Experience in the retail industry with a genuine interest in fashion and trends is desired. The successful candidate will form a valuable part of our customer facing sales team. You will be responsible for providing the highest level of service and driving sales goals.
Experience of 1 year in similar role is required.

• Responsible for the day-to-day operational running of the store
• Work in all areas of the business
• Delivering excellent service and maximizing customer satisfaction
• Determining customer needs and wants and recommending products to match those needs
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
• Assisting with fittings and alterations
• Achieving and driving targets and kpis
• Merchandising, standards and stock control
• Processing deliveries
• Develop online and social media presence
• Fulfill online orders
• Store open and close as keyholder
