JOB DESCRIPTION:

Versus Socks is seeking a friendly, reliable, and motivated Sales Assistant to join our Outlet store team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for retail. REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
• Friendly, engaging, and positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Customer Relations
• Provide cordial assistance to customers, ensuring a friendly and welcoming shopping experience.
• Maintain confidence and professionalism when interacting with the public.
• Utilize strong communication skills to engage with customers and respond to their needs promptly and politely.
• Stock Control
• Conduct regular stock checks and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Stock shelves and merchandise the store according to brand standards.
• Place orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Assist with in-store marketing initiatives and events, promoting the Versus brand.
• Help keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Open and close the store strictly according to shop hours, ensuring a smooth start and end to each business day.
• Sales
• Process payments accurately, ensuring a quick and efficient checkout experience for customers.
• Balance daily sales.
• Report any discrepancies or issues immediately to the management team.
