Retail Sales Assistant

Our Retail Sales Assistants support the Store Manager to deliver a quality and inspiring retail experience for our customers. They are warm, knowledgeable, welcoming and strive to provide each customer with exceptional service.
Day to day they will be responsible for customer service, handling of stock including restocking and unpacking orders, processing sales transactions and maintaining a clean and well-presented store.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• A person who is confident in the kitchen with their cooking and is happy to share their passion with our customers
• Retail experience in a busy retail store is preferred
• Organisation and attention to detail are second nature
• You have a positive, can-do outlook & are a natural problem solver and a fast learner
• You are an excellent communicator
• You can remain calm under stress and can multi-task with swift efficiency
• You are proactive and take initiative in the workplace
  Applicants must be available across both weekdays and weekends. You may be required to work public holidays.
