JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for energetic, communicative, performative, and confident live-streaming hosts in front of the camera, to help us grow our sales, followers and create loyalty to our social channels. This role will combine the excitement of live presentations with the creativity of content creation and the strategy of social media sales.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in live presenting, content creation, and social media management.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of photography, videography, and graphic design is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and e-commerce platforms.

SKILLS

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Adequate Maths skills for processing transactions accurately.
• Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Host engaging and interactive live streaming sessions on TikTok, showcasing our latest collections and post on our instagram stories.
Demonstrate product features, and styling tips, and answer live questions from viewers.
Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout live sessions to captivate and engage the audience.
Monitor and respond to comments and feedback in real time to create a positive and interactive experience.
Develop creative and visually appealing content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
Collaborate with our marketing team to create compelling videos, photos, and graphics that highlight our products and brand story.
Stay updated with the latest trends and viral content to ensure our brand remains relevant and engaging.
Engage with followers, answer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service through social media channels.
Sales Focus: Being sales-oriented, you will use your charm, product knowledge, and innovative presentation skills to entice viewers and convert them into customers. Your ability to showcase our products in an enticing and persuasive manner will be critical to driving sales on the TikTok Shop platform.
Order Processing & Packing: Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accurate documentation before packing for dispatch.
Creating TikTok Videos: You will be required to appear in short TikTok videos for promotional purposes. These videos will feature our best sellers and any other products we offer and sometimes just for fun.

DUTIES IN STORE.

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience.
• Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences.
• Engage in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities.
• Handle transactions accurately using the till system, including cash handling and basic maths calculations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
