Location: Canggu, Badung - Bali

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Conduct one-on-one styling sessions with customers to curate complete outfits, providing advice on color coordination, accessories, and layering techniques
• Help customers translate the latest fashion trends into wearable, everyday looks that fit their personal style and wardrobe
• Offer expert advice on dressing for different body shapes, ensuring customers feel confident and comfortable in their purchases
• Assist customers in selecting outfits for special occasions, from casual outings to formal events, ensuring they feel appropriately dressed and stylish
• Provide guidance on how to build a versatile wardrobe, recommending key pieces that can be mixed and matched for different occasions
• Manage point-of-sale processes
• Keep up to date with product information
• Accurately describe product features and benefit

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Retail Sales Assistant or customer service role, preferably in fashion or a multi-brand boutique setting
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, styling techniques, and product knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers simultaneously
• Sales-driven with a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding targets
• Passion for fashion, styling, and providing exceptional customer service
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Good appearance
