JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. A key part of this role will be your expertise in beading, where you will assist customers with selecting beads, providing beading advice, and even demonstrating techniques when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Experience in Beading: Proven experience and skill in beading, with the ability to advise and demonstrate techniques to customers.
• Retail Experience: Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for helping customers.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially in handling beading materials and tools.
• Reliability: Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work the required schedule.
• Physical Ability: Ability to stand for extended periods and handle light to moderate lifting.

• Customer Service : Greet customers warmly, assist them with product selections, and provide personalized service to meet their needs.
• Sales : Drive sales through effective product knowledge and beading expertise, helping customers find the perfect items for their projects.
• Beading Expertise: Advise customers on beading techniques, materials, and tools. Demonstrate beading methods as needed.
• Inventory Management: Assist with restocking shelves, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and are easy to find.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and inviting. Ensure displays are visually appealing.
• Cash Handling: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Promotions: Inform customers about current promotions and sales to enhance their shopping experience.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to meet store goals and ensure a smooth operation.
