Position Overview: As a Retail Sales Associate, you can experience how it is to be a lifestyle retailer during your course of work, learn more about the fashion industry and the fashion choices of shoppers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in achieving high sales track record
• Resilient and Adapt well to fast changing environments
• Great listening and communication skills
• Willing to work on Public Holidays and Weekends

• Customer Service - including on-the-ground service with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Assist in finding products, providing information, and offering recommendations.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Prompt-following up with potential customers from online leads, via various communication channels.
• Ensure products are properly displayed and stocked on shelves. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
  And any other ad-hoc tasks given by the managers.
