JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a well-organized store environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for retail sales, contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills in English are essential for effective interaction with customers.
• Experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
• A willingness to learn about products and services offered in the store is important for success in this role.

• Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively sell to customers.
• Assist in managing inventory levels and restocking shelves as needed.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Handle e-commerce orders and assist with online customer inquiries when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
