• Ensure a positive shopping experience by actively greeting all visitors, being visible, friendly and knowledgeable about our products.
• Assist customers in locating merchandise throughout the store.
• Determine customers’ needs and recommend the best solutions by maintaining an up-to-date expertise in products, services and promotions.
• Contribute positively to building and maintaining a friendly store and work environment.
• Assist in floor moves and cleanup ensuring a safe and clean shopping environment.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Perform order management duties such as entering new orders for customers, reaching out to vendors on special orders, tracking and fulfilling orders, and resolving issues.
• Maintain company merchandising standards, including current pricing, signage, promotions and planograms.
• Work collaboratively with co-workers and management and assist where needed.
• Making local deliveries and transfer of stock between warehouse and stores as required.
