JOB DESCRIPTION

An exciting journey awaits as we open our flagship store in Singapore!
We seek a dedicated & passionate Part Time Retail Sales Executive, a character that is responsible, diligent and self-motivated. The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring that store displays are in accordance to guidelines and that inventory is well-replenished at all times.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Passionate about the beauty retail industry & customer interaction
  • Minimum GCE O Level & 20 years old & above
  • Experience in working within the retail environment (Beauty retail is a plus, no experience is welcome to apply)
  • Must be a positive team player who desires to contribute
  • Self motivated, open-minded, proactive with high integrity level
  • Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong adaptability skills in a fast paced environment
  • Possesses problem-solving and planning skills
  • Able to work shifts / weekends & public holidays
  • Language: Fluent in English &/or Chinese, (Korean is a bonus!)
  • Able to start in September 2024

Responsibilities:

Customer Service

  • Deliver excellent customer service, cultivating a pleasant shopping experience for customers
  • Handle daily customer queries & feedbacks with prompt and fitting solutions
  • Review and handle returns and exchanges in compliance with company policy

Operations

  • Support daily business operations of the retail store. (eg: cashiering function, house-keeping)
  • Ensure store presentation is consistent with brand image
  • Assist in sales plans execution & participation in conjunction of marketing events & promotions
  • Inventory replenishment
  • Assist in visual merchandising whenever new stocks arrive, to provide optimal shopping experience for the brand
  • Operates POS cash register & handles various payment mode with accuracy
  • Communicates feedback gathered through in-store activities to supervisors

Other duties

  • Perform any other ad hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time (eg: Stocktake exercises)
