Description:
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to communicate with Chinese speaking associates
- Pleasant personality and well groomed
- Team player, able to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Sales oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Wine knowledge is advantageous
- High initiative and positive attitude

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the achievement of the sales goals, and deliver excellent customer service
- Sales oriented, good in cross and up-selling of products, building relationships with the customers and discover new opportunities
- Attend to customers’ needs and enquiries promptly
- Receiving and checking the inventory of the wines in the store, ensuring inventory accuracy
- Manage operational activities in the store and work closely with the admin & logistics team
- Handling of POS system and managing related tasks and responsibilities as required in the role
- Oversee closing and opening procedures of the store
- Responsible for wine stock take
- Update customers on new wines offering
