REQUIREMENTS:

• Keen eye for detail and strong interest in fashion
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Creative and detail-oriented with strong visual aesthetics.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong video content production skills
• Previous experience in retail sales preferred, but not required
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Comfortable and confident in front of the camera, as you will be showcasing products in our social media contentAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

THE ROLE:

As a Retail Sales & Marketing Associate, you will play an integral role in building the With Love brand, and helping to promote and showcase our community of brand partners. In addition to assisting customers on the shop-floor, your primary responsibility will be to build our online community, create engaging content across our social channels, and build meaningful partnerships with a network of creators and influencers.
