Position Available: Retail Sales Operations Manager
Location: Vancouver, BC
Rove Concepts is seeking a dedicated and skilled Retail Sales Operations Manager to lead and optimize sales operations within our high-end showroom locations. The ideal candidate will bring strong retail experience, particularly in luxury goods or high-end furniture, and excel at driving both operational efficiency and exceptional customer experiences. This role will report to the Director of Retail Operations and focus on supporting showroom managers in meeting and exceeding sales goals, implementing streamlined processes, and fostering a culture of high performance and outstanding service.
Responsibilities:
- Mentor and support showroom managers to ensure showroom sales targets are met, consistently optimizing strategies to achieve operational and revenue goals.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies that enhance showroom performance, streamline operations, and foster continuous improvement.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales data and KPIs for each showroom location, providing insights to identify areas of opportunity and recommending actionable improvements.
- Partner with the Director of Retail Operations and other senior leaders to align sales and operational initiatives with overall company goals and growth strategies.
- Contribute to managing financial aspects of showroom operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management to maximize profitability.
- Promote a clienteling mindset, working with showroom managers to build strong client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Collaborate on initiatives that improve the efficiency and consistency of showroom operations, from sales processes to visual merchandising and inventory management.
- Conduct regular reviews of showroom managers’ performance, set clear objectives, and provide feedback for growth.
- Support and spearhead initiatives that drive foot traffic, encourage in-store purchases, and continually enhance the customer experience.
- Aid in recruiting, training, and developing showroom staff, ensuring every location is equipped with the right talent to support business goals.
