Retail Sales Representative

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Achieve/exceed target sell-in targets for designated, direct paint retailers
• Achieve/exceed sell-out targets for retailers (based on Mix2Win, Painter Loyalty)
• Work closely with Painter and Interior Designer sell-out teams
• Ensure a base of growing retailers with regular purchase, range completion, tinting, and healthy receivables based on the agreed credit policy, with increasing levels of customer satisfaction based on eQ measurement and actions, including competitive retailer profitability and dealing with customer feedback/complaints
• Achieve targeted penetration of designated, additional paint retailers by opening new accounts
• Implement rebate/incentive schemes as agreed with the Retail Sales Manager

EXPERIENCE

• Diploma, A Level or above
• Ideally 3 years or more in a retail sales role
• Exposure to working and impacting within a country
• Preferably from a multinational organization
• Paint experience preferable
