Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor- Retail to join our team and drive the growth of our Ice-cream, diary and beverages products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Ice-cream, diary and beverages, a strong understanding of the FMCG Retail Industry, and a proven track record in sales. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in the retail sector to achieve sales targets and promote our products.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrated experience in Sales supervisor (Retail) within the FMCG sector (Ice Cream, Dairy, and Juice) with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the UAE.
  • Strong commercial background and strong demonstrated competency in key accounts role
  • Deep understanding of business growth processes and portfolio management
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of pre seller van salesman merchandiser and van assistants.
  • Set clear, SMART targets for the salesman to achieve ensuring they understand company expectations.
  • We conduct weekly random checks in our sales vehicle as well as cross check the inventory.
  • Complete bi-annual performance development review for all subordinates
  • Provide recognition and consistent feedback to frontline team members.
  • Review progress versus objectives at weekly meetings and take corrective action as required.
  • Develop individual subordinates through individual development plans.
  • Inform & monitor on the weekly and monthly sales targets to the team.
  • Responsible for monthly targets within (AREA)
  • Ensure team is aware and responsible for collection targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Ensure clear communication and adherence to company pricing and distribution policies.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports to Sales Manager regarding targets, distribution and any issues.
  • Leading customer problem resolution and logistics issues. Support successful execution of core work (deliver, backroom management, merchandising and POSM)
  • Focus on increasing customer base.
  • Develop periodic and responsive reviews with trade within the industry.
  • Develop direct contact and direct approach with the customers through periodic business assessments
  • Maintain a physical presence in the territory to ensure understanding of customer needs.
  • Tracking, recording, and reporting on collection vs. targets.
  • Monitoring & controlling route costs & expenses including fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance to maintain route CPC at its minimal.
  • Develop channel specific launch plans for new products.
  • Ensure that budgets are allocated to the proper outlets.
  • Develop and executive brand activation plans.
