Job Description

• Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives
• Directing and coordinating all sales activities.
• Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
• Sales managers are responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets
• Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
• Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
• Develop and maintain the relationship with customers by being a valued consultant and that will lead to increase of sales
• Work closely with Laundry Manager and other key personnel to increase revenue and optimize the operations.
• Providing and updating all sorts of training relating to sales and customer service to sales staff and improve product knowledge
• Maintain 100% cloth in hand by comparing to physical items on all branches, avoiding missing items, avoiding credit sales
• Ensure SOP followed by the Staff in all branches
• overseeing the daily operations of a retail store
• planning and preparing work schedules and assigning staff to specific duties.
• Assisting for the payroll
• Ensuring that customers receive prompt service and quality goods and services

QUALIFICATIONS

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in managing a sales team, setting sales goals, and achieving targets. Previous experience in retail or service industry sales is highly beneficial.
• Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Understanding of retail store operations, including ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintaining inventory accuracy, and overseeing daily operations.
• Ability to plan and prepare work schedules, assign duties to staff, and ensure payroll assistance.
• Commitment to ensuring customers receive prompt service and quality goods or services, maintaining high standards across all branches.
• Proficiency in using retail management software, point-of-sale systems, and basic computer applications for inventory tracking, sales reporting, and customer relationship management.
