Responsibilities:
- Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and coach team members, set clear goals, and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with HR and COO on recruitment, promotions, and department objectives.
- Manage retail credit and deposit portfolios, ensuring risk management aligns with budget goals.
- Conduct annual policy reviews and implement updates to maintain best practices.
- Establish and oversee lending approval limits to ensure effective portfolio oversight.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to refine policies and procedures.
- Lead initiatives to grow credit and deposit portfolios, increasing member engagement.
- Collaborate on impactful lending and deposit campaigns with regional managers and member experience teams.
- Serve as the primary contact for managing key business relationships.
- Present portfolio trends and recommend strategies to the COO.
- Partner with auditors to ensure compliance and manage audit responses.
- Review product fees annually to maintain competitiveness and align with goals.
- Deliver targeted training for lenders and branch managers on updated policies.
- Oversee delinquency management, ensuring efficient processes and minimized risk.
